How the billing actually works.

  1. 01Shopify bills, you approveProso charges through Shopify Billing, on your Shopify invoice. Shopify requires your explicit approval for any price change. That's not a promise, it's plumbing.
  2. 02The trial is 30 daysThe longest in the category. No card details beyond what Shopify already has, and nothing charges until the trial ends.
  3. 03Cancel by uninstallingUninstall from your Shopify admin and billing stops with it. No retention flow, no email to write.
  4. 04Switch tiers anytimeBase to Full turns the modules on; Full to Base turns them off. Your orders and history stay either way.

Will the price ever go up?
Maybe someday, if it absolutely has to. Two things hold either way: Shopify requires your approval before any change touches you, and the founding 25 keep their price for life regardless.
Does the price rise as my store grows?
No. Most planners in this category charge by your revenue, so success raises your bill. Proso's price is the same at $10k a month and at $1M a month.
Are there any usage fees or meters?
None. No per-order fees, no per-backorder fees, no SKU caps, no seat pricing. $39 or $69, and that's the bill.
What does the founding offer actually mean?
The first 25 stores keep whatever price they joined at for as long as they stay customers, even when the published price changes later. It's counted, real, and gone at 26.
What's in Full that isn't in Base?
Paperwork and production. Full turns on purchase orders (suppliers, numbered PDFs and Excel sheets, revisions, the Tracker) and the make side (make or buy per product, bills of material, the Material Planner and Material POs). Base has the whole planning loop without them: forecast, one-click ordering, auto-receive, learned lead times, the Brief, the digest, bundles and imports. Every screen, with screenshots.
Does the AI import cost extra?
No. Each store gets ten AI imports a month at no charge, on either plan. Past that, the template and Stocky imports stay open and unlimited. There is no usage meter to switch on later.
