Proso, next to everything else.

Every figure below comes from public App Store listings and vendor pricing pages, captured on one date and sourced at the foot. Where a competitor is better, this page says so. That is the whole trick.

missing a column? Stocky, Shopify's own planner, shut down on 2026-08-31. Proso's import reads Stocky's CSV exports (products, purchase orders) and rebuilds your suppliers from the PO files, since Stocky never let you export those. its read-only export window closes around late November 2026.

The honest version, app by app. (it's still our website)

Prediko

Choose Proso to keep your price off your revenue curve ($49 becomes $119 past $100k and $199 past $500k, before the $20/mo materials add-on) and to get the make side built in, not bolted on.

Choose Prediko if you specifically need transfers and WMS integrations.

Fabrikatör

Choose Proso if $99/mo plus a $0.75-per-backorder meter is more than a planner should cost. Everything in Proso is $69, flat, with no meter.

Choose Fabrikatör if backorders and barcode receiving are your daily work; it does those two well.

Inventory Planner by Sage

Choose Proso for a published price, setup in minutes, and a tool that never asks you to "request pricing."

Choose Inventory Planner if you're past $1M, need 200+ report types and Amazon planning, and don't mind the quote call.

Stockie

Choose Proso for the whole loop at $39: Stockie's forecast-to-PO path costs $59.99/mo and still keeps POs on the top tier only.

Choose Stockie if all you want is low-stock alerts and labels at $4.99/mo.

The pattern

Every app above is finished-goods only, or gates its price on your growth, or both. Proso's bet is simple: price the problem in lost revenue, keep the price flat, and treat production as real. If that's your shape of business, the trial is 30 days.

Where Proso loses today, in plain text: no barcode receiving, no stocktakes, no multi-channel (Amazon) planning. If those are your dealbreakers, Fabrikatör or Inventory Planner will serve you better right now. We'd rather tell you here than have you find out in week one.
